It stops when you stop
Take a week off and the revenue dies. That isn't a business — that's a job you happen to own, and you're the least protected employee in it.

Muslim Business Federation
Most Muslim businesses don't fail from a bad idea. They fail because one person is carrying the whole thing — no partners, no capital circle, no one to ask. The Federation exists to end that. Eleven verticals. One community. A seat in a business you don't have to build by yourself.
فَإِذَا قُضِيَتِ ٱلصَّلَوٰةُ فَٱنتَشِرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْأَرْضِ وَٱبْتَغُوا۟ مِن فَضْلِ ٱللَّهِ
"When the prayer is concluded, disperse through the land and seek the bounty of Allah."
Al-Jumu'ah 62:10 — one verse, one sentence, both worlds
The real problem
If any of these are sitting in your chest right now, you are in the right room. Every one of them came up on a Federation call in the last month.
Take a week off and the revenue dies. That isn't a business — that's a job you happen to own, and you're the least protected employee in it.
Five years of work, real volume, real growth. Then they handed the same product to your competitor, and you had nothing with your name on it.
It comes in and it's gone by the 5th. Not because you earn too little — because nothing in you was ever built to hold it.
The idea is finished in your head. The plan is finished. You are waiting for a right time that has no date on it.
He's a brother. She's family. So you discount, you round down, you don't send the invoice — and you call it good character.
So there's no one to ask. Every question you have goes to people who have only ever held a salary, and they answer with fear.
The shift
Most of us were raised to keep them in separate rooms. Prayer here, business there. Two accounts, two identities, two sets of energy — and we wonder why we are exhausted by Wednesday.
Read 62:10 again. The prayer ends and the same sentence sends you into the earth to seek His bounty. One instruction. One continuous act. When you stop splitting yourself, two things happen fast: the tiredness lifts, and your niyyah starts setting the ceiling on your provision instead of your fear setting it.
That is where every Federation masterclass begins — not with tactics, but with the identity that is running your business whether you've named it or not.
Free · Every Sunday · 10:00 AM IST
Two hours, live, free, every week — and published to YouTube afterwards, because knowledge that is hidden doesn't grow. Here is exactly what gets taught. No curiosity gaps, no "secrets revealed."
Intend that your household runs, and your household will run — exactly that and no further. Intend that a hundred households run, and a hundred households get added to your provision. This is the first and most expensive thing most people get wrong.
Survivor, Rescuer, Improviser, Builder. One of these is driving your business right now. Three of them make money. Only one of them keeps it, and only one of them builds something that outlives you.
Evacuation, Avoidance and Guilt. Income was never your problem — holding was. You'll identify which of the three is draining you, live, in the chat, in about four minutes.
Businesses die at the beginning, in the middle, or at the launch — and each has a specific fear behind it. Find yours and you stop repeating the same collapse with a different idea.
Greed is a trait, not an amount. Money doesn't change what you are — it amplifies it. Until that lands, you will keep discounting for people who never asked you to.
Money that reaches you through someone else's loss, versus money that reaches you because value was received and paid willingly. One test you can run on any deal in ten seconds — a working filter, not a fatwa.
Documented niyyah → idea to cash through the filter → validate the direction → install the offer → launch on a 90-day clock, then duplicate. The whole system on one slide, and you leave with it.
Someone in the room brings a real business. Name, positioning, offer and structure get built on screen using our own tools. Most weeks it takes under thirty minutes.
Two more free sessions run every week alongside it: the members' business call, and My Safe Space — an open session on everything that blocks a business without being a business. Identity, confidence, isolation, decision paralysis. Free to everyone, member or not, permanently.
The model
A course sells you information and leaves you where it found you — alone. We are building eleven real businesses, each its own entity, each open to members who can prove they can carry the work. You don't graduate from the Federation. You take a seat inside it.

The Eleventh
أمانة
The umbrella. Where members with capital sit together, screen every venture through the same filter, inspect the site before a rupee moves, and fund the other ten. The Federation invests as one body — so no member ever has to go begging to strangers, and no founder is ever funded on a story alone.
Each vertical is its own separate legal entity with its own partners — between two and twelve people per vertical, so everyone in the room is actually working. Partnership is earned on demonstrated capability, not bought: Silver members and Diamond members are equally eligible, and the only thing that decides it is whether you can carry the work.
Of every hundred rupees of profit a vertical earns, ten go to the Foundation, one goes to the Federation, and the rest is divided among the active partners. Partnerships renew annually. If you want to leave, you leave at renewal with your capital and your share — no one is trapped in anything.
One person, one vertical. The constraint is not money, it's your time and your attention — and split attention is how good operators end up mediocre in two places instead of excellent in one.
Why community, specifically
Hold up a twenty rupee note. Spend it in the market and you got twenty rupees of value and the note left. Now spend that same note with a brother in this room, and he spends it with a sister in this room, and she spends it with someone else here — the value keeps arriving and the note never leaves.
That is not a metaphor. That is how every community that has ever built wealth has built it, and it is the one advantage available to us that requires no capital at all — only the willingness to stop treating each other as competitors.
Purchasing power works the same way. Twenty-five people buying one car each get twenty-five retail prices. Twenty-five people walking in together get one negotiation and a discount none of them could have asked for alone. We have run this before — twenty-two operators consolidated, and annual passengers went from two hundred to four thousand, with every single operator better off than when they were competing.
Membership
One flat investment. No recurring fees, no upsell ladder, no hidden tiers. The fee is not a paywall on information — everything taught is free and public. The fee exists because people who pay show up seriously, and a room of serious people is the entire product.
Silver Membership
₹6,999 · one-time · lifetime
For the builder. If you are starting, stuck, or already running something and tired of carrying it by yourself — this is the door.
No urgency and no countdown. This price is the same tomorrow, next month, and next year. If there were pressure here, it would mean the product had a flaw.
Diamond Membership · Founding
₹99,999 · founding member investment
For the operator who is already running something real and wants to sit where the capital and the deals are. A capped, founding cohort.
Everything in Silver, plus
Diamond usually begins with a conversation, not a payment. Message us first and we'll take a private call — partly so you can ask everything, and partly because this cohort only works if the fit is right in both directions.
Read this before you apply for capital
Over a hundred and fifty people have sent us an idea and asked for money. Nearly all of them got the same answer, so here it is in advance.
An idea is the cheapest thing in this industry. Everyone has one. What almost nobody has is a person who put their own money in, went to market, made something small work, and came back with numbers.
So don't tell us your crore-rupee vision. Tell us you invested fifty thousand, you're earning ten, you want to double the material, and here are two years of returns. That conversation happens immediately. Five thousand rupees you actually earned is worth more to us than a five-hundred-crore projection.
And when someone does come to us for capital, the first thing we often tell them is that they don't need it — they need positioning. If your product requires an enormous awareness budget to sell, the budget is not the problem. The position is.
Not testimonials — the actual log
Five sessions from one week in September. No names, no claims, no numbers we can't stand behind — just what was on the table.
The Foundation
You will never see a Muslim Business Foundation poster asking for donations so we can help someone. We teach members not to fund charity out of other people's pockets — and not out of their own until it's built to sustain it. It would be dishonest to then do the opposite ourselves.
Ten percent of every vertical's profit goes to the Foundation, automatically, before anything is distributed to partners. As the verticals grow, so does the Foundation — with no campaign, no appeal, and no one's generosity being tested.
Not members. Not trustees. Not the founder. Every rupee goes where it was designated, and the accounts are open to the community. The Muslim Business Foundation (Charitable Trust) is a separate entity from the Federation by design — so that neither can ever be used to prop up the other.
The Foundation is currently in formation. We make no claim to any tax-exemption or zakat-eligibility status, and will make none until the relevant certificates are issued.

Nothing below costs anything, and none of it requires you to join. Take what's useful and go build — that's a completely acceptable outcome.
A free assessment that finds the pattern actually blocking you — your restart loop, your beliefs about rizq, where deen and dunya are pulling apart. You get a personal eight-section report immediately. Start here if you don't know what's wrong.
A guided interview that returns three business directions matched to your actual skills, your actual hours and your own filters. Start here if you're ready to move but don't know into what.
Two hours, free, every week, with live Q&A that regularly runs long. The link goes out in the WhatsApp community. Start here if you'd rather see how we work before deciding anything.
By application only · ten seats
Twelve months, with me beside you. Weekly private one-to-one, a direct line, quarterly planning days, and a circle of ten people doing the same thing at the same level. I build the business with you — hand in hand, not from a stage.
Ten seats, and they are given rather than sold. If you want one, ask for the call.
The founder
Founder, Muslim Business Federation.
An MBA in tourism, two years of employment that didn't take, and then fifteen years of running his own — travel at scale, China sourcing and import-export, and business consulting for companies from a few crore to a few hundred.
Enough profit to know the feeling, and enough loss to know what it teaches. He'll tell you the losses taught him more, and he'll tell you which ones.
Six months ago he closed or handed over most of those businesses to build this one, because the thing he kept running into wasn't a shortage of talent in our community — it was talented people working entirely alone, competing with each other over two rupees while the real money left the room.
"I'll never teach you something I haven't done myself. And I'd rather you take this for free and go build than join and not be serious."
He gives no religious rulings. On matters of shariah he refers you to qualified scholars — and says so, on record, every week.
Questions, answered plainly
The room, not the information. The teaching is genuinely free and stays free — recordings go up after every session. What ₹6,999 buys is a seat among people who paid to be serious, access to the members' call where your own business gets worked on by name, the professional panel, the platform, and eligibility for vertical partnership. You are buying proximity and structure, not slides.
No. We are not scholars and we don't issue fatwas. We teach a practical filter — money that comes through someone's loss versus value received and willingly paid — and we apply it to business decisions. For rulings, go to a qualified mufti. We make no shariah-compliance or halal-certification claim anywhere, and we won't until qualified scholars are formally advising us.
Yes, and a good number of members joined in exactly that position. Start with the free diagnostic and the builder — between them they'll tell you what's blocking you and give you three directions matched to your actual skills and hours. What we can't do is want it more than you do.
Only if you've already started. We do not fund ideas — we fund people who invested their own money, went to market, made something work at small scale, and have returns to show. If that's you, the conversation is immediate. If it isn't, join, build the small version first, and come back.
Each of the ten operating verticals is a separate entity with two to twelve partners. Silver and Diamond members are equally eligible; selection is on demonstrated capability alone. One person, one vertical — your time is the constraint, not your money.
No, and this matters. Diamond is a membership fee for access, mentorship and a seat in Federation Capital. It is not the purchase of shares and it carries no promise of return. Partnership in a vertical is a separate matter, decided on capability, and documented properly in that vertical's own entity.
No. The Federation is not a travel agent and never handles travel money — for Umrah especially. When the group travels, the trip is operated, priced and contracted by a licensed travel operator. We organise the group and the business programme around it. That separation is deliberate and permanent.
Yes. Women are members, are active on every call, and are among those building out the verticals.
Mostly Hindi and Urdu, with English throughout — the way most of us actually speak. Ask your question in whichever you're comfortable with.
Every masterclass is recorded and published. Members' call recordings and transcripts go to the members' room. You will not fall behind by missing a week.
No. Both memberships are a single payment. What exists today, you keep access to permanently.
Deliberately none. No countdown, no closing date, no price increase pending. Join today, next month or next year and you'll pay the same. The only urgency worth acting on is yours, not ours.
Come to Sunday's masterclass. It costs nothing, it commits you to nothing, and by the end of it you'll know which of the four identities has been running your business — and what to do about it.
